We activated our webkinz online and the online pet and his house wouldn't load. It's been 7 days and I have tried to contact webkinz support several times. They refuse to respond. This is a shame, because the parts of the website that do work are educational. However, my nephews simply can't play it because the reason they wanted it was to take care of their pet and their house. Needless, to say I'm extremely disappointed.
