The Weber arrived in lots of pieces, well packed in cardboard with no styrofoam. It took a bit of time to put it all together, but I was very impressed with how well everything fit and how well made every piece was. The directions consist of a series of diagrams, but are not hard to follow if you take it step by step. We are remodeling our kitchen and are without a stove, so the grill has been a supper-saver. Have cooked fish, steak, and a whole chicken so far and all were delicious. The battery powered electronic igniter is handy and there is also a hole to light it with a match if the battery gives out at an inconvenient time. I definite recommend it.
