A Customer from Ohio  

Good news: Fair price (I guess). "Pretty product." Bad news: Installation of the driver was unsuccessful. Apparently Wacom shipped a product with a bad driver. A visit to their web site suggested we install a "release candidate" driver for use with the product we thought was stable and productive when we bought it. We did -- and it still had problems. More bad news: Basically, it works sometimes. Sometimes not. Often it is totally unresponsive. It's difficult to get as far as doing tutorials on-line (needed as this is a fairly complex user interface, there is no manual included and its use is sometimes counter-intuitive. Conclusion: SAVE YOUR MONEY! Take the money you would ahve spend on this Wacom producct and go out to dinner or buy the spouse some roses. You'll be better off! As for this one? It'll likely be given to Goodwill. Ethical concerns suggest I should not even sell it on E-Bay. Caveat: YMMV.
