4 of 5 Second vTec owned Thursday, June 26, 2008 A Customer from Springfield, OR
The previous vTech 2-line phone I owned was just as easy to operate and functioned in just about the same way. It satisfies my need for a 2-line unit at a good price. As far as functionality, this phone could use some upgrades. The beeping dialer sound on the handset is loud and the noise is distracting. I haven't found a way to turn it off or turn it down. When you are checking numbers or using features there is no way to reset the phone without pushing the line/talk button, then pushing it again, to reset it or move to a different function, that's annoying. If you work in a wireless environment you have to move around to get a good signal and put the base in a wireless free area. I makes scratchy noises if you are too close. Goofy, but there are not alot of 2-line phones to choose from on the market that fit this price. Most are double or more. Overall, I like it and it works for me. Was this review helpful?
4 of 5 Overall a Good Phone Tuesday, June 10, 2008 A Customer from Atlanta, GA
I only have one complaint. You can't page through the previous callers caller/ID on the base unit. The base unit only shows the caller ID for the current caller and you have to use the handset to cycle through previous callers. Was this review helpful?

I bought 2 of these at the same time because I needed to. These phones do everything they are supposed to. Caller ID is easy to read both from the base and cordless handset. Numbers are well lit and easy to use. Great value and features for the money. I would buy this phone again. Was this review helpful?
