I bought this phone (twice) because it looked really cool and was very thin. The blue backlighting is a neat effect and though it takes a little getting used to, the overall quality of the phone has been really good. What has been an issue since day 1 is the battery. On both phones, the battery life is horrible. After charging the first time, the battery when left out of the crable for more than an hour would go dead. The batteries aren't available anywhere that I can find and after a year, I am now replacing the phones. Ultimately, the phone is unsatisfactory because it either sucks down too much power or the charging system doesn't work right. In either case, the phone suffers from a fatal flaw.
