I HAVE WINDOWS VISTA,SO IT WAS A LITTLE MORE COMPLICATED TO INSTALL: YOU PLUG IN THE PHONE,BRING -UP "COMPUTER",OPPOSITE CLICK ON THE DRIVE IT'S IN(MINE IS H:),AND CLICK ON RUN AS REMOVABLE/PORTABLE DRIVE,OPPOSITE CLICK:RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR,THEN,CLICK AUTODWN FILE,,OPPOSITE CLICK AUTODWN,CHOOSE COMPATIBILITY,CHOOSE WINDOWS 2000,CLOSE,AND CLICK ON AUTODWN,IT SHOULD LOAD THEN ,MAKE A SORTCUT TO DESKTOP,FOR EASY LOADING IN FUTURE.....WHEWWWW !
