I bought this flatbread maker and have used it every week! It is quick and easy to use. My 5 year old even helps me press them (of course he doesn't pull the lid down, I do that, the possibility of getting burned is too great). I coat each round of dough with a good amount of olive oil to keep it from sticking to the top or the bottom. Just make sure the dough is quite pliable and it will flatten perfectly for fajita shells too!
