I have been looking for a couple of months for a frame,but had not found any good quality for the price I wanted to pay. This frame hits all of the points squarely. Good looks, easy to use, holds lots of photos,plays music,display is sharp. A quality frame at a great price. It was a hit in my wifes office. Highly recommend this frame.

Hope the heading gave it away. It its a great value and product is cheap with compatibility of reading many sources/cards. But at the end you get what you paid for. Overall I gave it a three. Big screen, plays music, reads mp3s but don't expect a lot from this item. If you need to buy something to dispay pictures for the family room, this is your product. Product lives up to its reviews. Exceptionally bright, clear display. Many options for entering pictures, etc. Bought this for my wife to display pictures of our new Grandson. He looks cuter than ever. Highly recommend this product. Was this review helpful?

I love the image quality and the styling of the frame. But operationally this thing leaves somethings to be desired.
1. If you want to view pictures with the frame in portrait mode instead of landscape Mode...you have to rotate them 90 degrees
ccw. There is no switch to do this automatically when you rotate the screen.
2. This was for my wife...not tech adept..she'll never be able to use this menu system
3. As mentioned in other reviews..consider tech support non existent.
Over all I like this frame in comparison to others I've seen and would recommend it inspite of its' shortcomings.

The display looks nice and sharp. The downside is that you cannot display pictures as a slideshow randomly. It will always display based on alphabetic order. And, when you first power on it always starts at the beginning. So unless you just leave it running forever you will never get a chance to see the pictures that start later in the alphabet. Customer Service was completely useless in trying to determine a way to solve this issue. They actually told me while the slideshow is playing if I hit pause it will pause on a random picture for me. The Viewsonic digital photo frame is a wonderful piece of equipment. The picture is sharp, it looks much better than most, and it is easy to use.
