5 of 5 Killer camera! Monday, December 15, 2008 Jeff from Salt Lake City, Utah
So I bought my VholdR in October with the hopes of getting some good footage while snowboarding. The decision to purchase this camera was a GREAT one. Not only is the camera super lightweight but it's real simple and easy to use. I was able to mount it right on my helmet and with the push of a buttom and the flip of a switch I was on my way. The foorage is digital quality and I was impresed the with durability of it. In my opinion this camera is a must for an avid snowboarder/skiier! Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 VholdR down the coast Thursday, December 04, 2008 Darby from Greenfield, CA
My husband and I recently used the VholdR while taking a biking trip down the coast of California starting at Ragged Point and heading south to Morrow Bay. I can't even explain the picturesque video footage we received from the trip. It was so nice to have something attached to my helmet that captured everything that I was looking at along the way. When I plugged the camera into my computer I found it extremely easy to edit my footage and believe me I am horrible at those type of things. Overall, this has been a wonderful product to use! 5 of 5 VholdR wearable cam is a blast! Thursday, December 04, 2008 Dave from Salt Lake City, UT
I just bought a VholdR a couple of months ago and finally had the chance to check it out this weekend in Jackson Hole. My buddies and I had the best time messing around with it on the slopes. The helmet mount sets up really nicely and you barely feel like your wearing a camera on your head because of the lightweight design. I was also very impressed with the durability of the camera. Even through all the cold weather and multiple spills (haha), we were able to get some great footage and the camera looked as good as new. I would recommend this wearable cam to anyone! 5 of 5 Lucked out with the VholdR! Monday, December 01, 2008 Jackie from San Bernardino, CA
I knew that my fiance wanted a no-hands camcorder for this winter snowboarding season, so for his birthday last month I got him the VholdR. I had done my fair share of online research prior to purchasing, and we are both incredibly happy with my choice! He's already taken the VholdR out riding on his dirtbike and the footage looks awesome - great resolution, minimal vibrations (one of my worries), and the laser pointers come in handy so we don't have to keep guessing on our shots. One day it started drizzling and the camera didn't shut off or start fogging up... Now that's technology at it's greatest! And to add to that, the vholdr Desktop is fun and easy to use so that he can share his videos with his riding buddies! Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 awesome camera Tuesday, November 25, 2008 A Customer from seattle, wa
I recently got a Vholder - and I love it! I went skiing last weekend and used it for the first time. It is super lightweight, easy to turn on and off, and it seems durable enough to survive any crash. When I got home, it was easy to upload my footage (thanks to their fantastic software) and the video quality was much better than I expected. I would definitely recommend this camera. 5 of 5 A Great Buy for the Action Sports Enthusiast! Monday, November 24, 2008 Daniel from Chicago, IL
Background Info on me: Im an avid snowboarder and mountain biker.
This camera is perfect for my needs! Whenever I hit the slopes, I never forget to bring my VholdR with me. The wickedly small design of the vholdr is perfect to strap onto my helmet. Allows me to record my trips through the trails and the terrain parks. Don't be frightened by its small size; the VholdR is suprisingly durable and shockproof. I've yet to have any of my video recording disrupted because of the rough and tough of my boarding. And the video quality of the VholdR recordings are amazing, TV-quality! This is perfect for any kid dreaming about sending sponsorship tapes to boarding companies. Its also great for parents, hoping to record their family's vacation on the ski slopes!
