The Vertaflip PHD (Professional/Heavy-Duty) is a fast and convenient tool for rotating your camera horizontally or vertically on a tripod. It allows you to gain speed, convenience and precision by rotating the camera without changing the lens axis. All tripod head controls remain in the same position, letting you concentrate on the subject, rather than having to fumble with newly positioned controls. You can switch between horizontal and vertical compositions with a simple flick of the wrist. The Vertaflip PHD keeps the camera weight balanced over the tripod center; this is especially important when using heavier, medium format cameras. Standard 1/4`-20 tripod socket in base and 1/4`-20 mounting knob in camera platform. Heavy-duty, double-link construction assures rigidity, even when using heavy medium format cameras.
