It features a beautiful 2.8" color TFT screen with an easy to use navigation system. It supports playback of AVI, MP4 and 3GP videos at 320x240 resolution. The unit also plays back MP3 and WMA audio files. There is a built-in speaker for those who choose not to use headphones.
The V-Touch also features a built-in 2.0 megapixel digital camera which records both stills and videos. It also works as a webcam when connected to a computer through the USB port. The V-Touch has a MiniSD Card slot should you wish to expand your storage space.
The V-Touch also has additional features such as a voice recorder, FM Radio (with presets and internal recording), picture viewer, calendar and text reader functions!

I love this unit! I have had an IPod, Zen, Zune, Sandisk's. By far the best yet! Easy to use. The sound quality is amazing! The external speaker is a nice addition, not the best audio quality when on high, but does the job. The battery life is great too! Was this review helpful?

Bought this player on sale, so the value is 5 star. Very neat geek toy. Working touchscreen that is very bright (one of the reasons I bought this as I have had trouble seeing small and/or dimly lit view screens on other mp3 players.) Owner's manual is cryptic, almost useless, you might have to do a bit of pecking and searching to get the player to do what you want and how you want it done. But that's what a geek toy is, something to play with. What's really nice is that this player is not crippled by DRM and it is not hampered by proprietary software. I have a collection of mp3's from MY, bought and paid for, CD collection, ripped and compressed by me on a pre-Pentium homemade computer through a lot of patience and time. Just drag and drop to load the music on this player. Nice. I dropped sub-directories and all into it and this player does not even hiccup. Tried sub-directories two deep only. Haven't tried the earphones that came with it so can't comment on them. I have my own favorite's already and the player puts out a lot of clear crisp volume through my phones. The V-Touch has an equalizer but I haven't used it as my phones needed no tweaking to sound good. Even at full price, I think this player is worth it. Might not work as a gift for someone who has a hard time cooking toast, they might need an i-something. No designer arm straps or cases on the market for this. Nothing a little duct tape and cardboard can't fix. Was this review helpful?

A Customer from OH
Just purchased the item for my son for his birthday. He seems very happy with it. I still think it was too expensive for what you get but he loves it, and Buy.com had the cheapest one that I could find...so good for them. Only complaint was that the inside pictures taken are dark and hard to view. Outside pictures were fine, and he's not using it for the photography it's just a feature. Overall, a good product.
