We wanted a versatile compartmentalized carry-on bag for air travel, and this fills the bill better than any other we saw, and at a great value. We don't carry a laptop and this bag is not padded. Fine for travel books, fat envelopes, devices, Rxs, etc. We have used it for over a year on 3 air trips including to Thailand or Israel, and more. No signs of stress, etc. Was this review helpful?

I have no knowledge of the durability since this is still new, but it appears to be well made. I am a church organist and needed a bag that would hold music as well as have a separate compartment for my organ shoes. This fits the bill! It also keeps me organized with pencil/pen and highlighter holders as well as small pockets for post-it note flags and paper clips. Was this review helpful?

While I cannot yet comment on durability.... give me a few months, I am very pleased with the bag. It is big enough, it looks nice, and is organized well. For the price - it cannot be beat.
The service was fine, and I received the bag in a timely fashion.
The default shipping at checkout was not the free shipping promised - I had to change that - but nearly missed it. That's my only gripe. Was this review helpful?

This is simply the best business bag I've ever owned. Plenty of room in the main pocket for larger items like PDA's; chargers, PSP, ect..The other pockets easily seperate letters, mail, documents.
