2 of 5 low volume - does not stay in the ear Monday, April 21, 2008

Hello: I ordered two of these and sent them right back the first day I got them. The piece would not stay in the ear - it is made to be IN the ear not next to it. The over the ear piece is just for a decoration - it does not hold anything. My advice is to stay away from this one.
