    Large easy to see LCD screen. Buttons are big enough for older folks to see. Ringer can be adjusted for easiest to hear sound. It would be better if the volume of the ringer was louder. However, my grandparents say they can hear it just fine. Volume of ear piece is very loud and can be adjusted. If you are looking for an easy to use phone for older folks. This is it!
