I don't expect a brand new UPS to only charge to 93% - in fact I've never seen a bad battery that didn't charge to 100%. So I E-mailed Ultra's customer service about it and haven't heard anything after almost a week. Otherwise, it does the job. The limited number of closely spaced outlets can be difficult to deal with. I should mention that I got this for 34% off the usual price (after rebate), and had I paid full price I'd be much less generous in this review. Was this review helpful?
