While some tunes reside in traditional/folk territory (see June Carter Cash's soulful "Keep On the Sunny Side" and Alison Krauss & Union Station's gentle "Looking in the Eyes of Love"), most of the tracks on the compilation are of the more pop-tinged variety, as exemplified by Leann Rimes's lilting "Blue" and Tim McGraw's thoughtful "Live Like You Were Dying."
