| | | | The TRITTON AX Visor Bluetooth Hands-Free Kit is SIMPLE to set up and EASY to use. Just pair it once to your Bluetooth enabled cell phone, and that's it. Every time you get in your car, your AX Visor will auto connect with your cell phone without touching a button. It does this by use of an integrated sensor that will detect vibration in a vehicle and automatically connect to the paired phone.
The AX Visor conveniently pairs to up to three cell phones. It will search for the last connected phone first. Then it will go to the next cell phone on the list. You can have one AX Visor in each car you own, and up to three different cell phones can connect to them. No matter which car you are driving, it will find your phone. If a family member is driving your car, it will find his/her phone and pair to it automatically.
The AX Visor is smaller than a dollar bill in length and width and has an integrated OLED screen for Caller ID. With a quick glance, you can see the caller’s phone number and system information. Designed with a large multifunction button, one easy click answers a call and one click ends a call. If your phone supports voice Dialing, and or Speaking Caller ID capabilities, the AX Visor seamlessly operates with these features.
The AX Visor functions as a wireless hands-free car kit or portable speakerphone when linked to any Bluetooth enabled cell phone. It will automatically detect between hands-free “car mode” and “speakerphone mode”. In “car mode” the unit will activate the unidirectional microphone, only picking up your voice and reduce the background noise such as the radio, kids in the back seat or road noise. The TRITTON AX Visor is the ultimate Hands Free Bluetooth Companion.

5 of 5 Great for the office! Monday, September 21, 2009 A Customer from North East, MD
I use this solely as a home office speakerphone for my Blackberry Bold 9000. Have had no complaints from callers and the speaker itself is plenty loud. Buy.com had the best price and delivery was fast. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Best car speakerphone I've ever used. Friday, July 17, 2009 Danny from Detroit
I've tried a bunch of car speaker phones, including OEM and factory installed. I've been disappointed with most. Eventually, I stop using them because of the call quality...particularly for the person on the other side who constantly asks...are you on a speaker phone?
I've had better luck with BT headsets, but haven't found one that is comfortable for long periods.
This is the first speakerphone I've used that the person can not tell that I'm on a speaker phone. Sound quality is very good.
The BT connection has been perfect. Once it didn't reconnect with my Palm Pre but turning on and off BT on the Pre caused it to connect. Was this review helpful?

I READ THE REVIEWS ON THIS ITEM AND THE RAVES OUTWEIGHED THE RANTS. IT IS A BIT EXPENSIVE, BUT THE FEATURES WERE WORTH IT.
THE MICROPHONE IS SENSITIVE, SO I FOUND THAT SPEAKING IN NORMAL VOICE WORKED BEST, IF YOU SPEAK TOO LOUD IT DISTORTS IT FOR THE PERSON LISTENING ON THE OTHER END. THE AUTO CONNECT WORKS FLAWLESSLY, AND FOR THOSE WHO HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THE BLUETOOTH CONNECTION BEING "SENSED", I SIMPLY TURN THE UNIT OFF WHEN I EXIT THE CAR AND WHEN I RETURN AND TURN THE UNIT ON, IT AUTO CONNECTS. FYI - I USE IT WITH AN LG VX5400 CELLPHONE. THE TRITTON SITS RIGHT ON MY VISOR AND THE ON/OFF SWITCH IS RIGHT THERE, THIS IS SUCH A SMALL INCONVENIEMNCE, I DON'T EVEN USE THE AUTO FUNCTION TO CONNECT/DISCONNECT. THE VOICE COMMAND FUNCTIONS FOR MY PHONE WORK FAIRLY WELL, YOU JUST HAVE TO SPEAK CLEARLY. ALL-IN-ALL, I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE UNIT, YOU MAY WANT TO SPEND LESS, AND YOU PROBABLY COULD, BUT I OPTED FOR THIS UNIT AND I LIKE IT. Was this review helpful?

This product works fine - until you turn it or your cell phone off. Then you have to "Pair" again. The instructions encourage you to not turn this product off, and the vibration of restarting your car will reactivate it. Didn't work for me.
This product needs to go back to the tekkie guys to get it to work always w/bluetooth phones once paired. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 I like it. Sunday, August 17, 2008 A Customer from Palm Springs Ca.
I have tried several expensive ear piece type gizmos. Hated them all. Mainly because people had a hard time hearing me. This thing works great. Most people dont even know Im talking on a speaker phone. I have had it for about 3 weeks and use the heck out of it. Well worth the price. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Would Buy Another! Saturday, July 12, 2008 Linda from Twain Harte, CA
Ever since California's new handsfree when driving requirement went into effect this year, I've been using a silly earbud to satisfy the law. Then I was told about this Bluetooth visor and knew that was the product for me! (I have a personal aversion to those earpieces that make people look like they're wearing hi-tech hearing aids.)
I've had the unit installed now for a week and must say that I'm completely satisfied with its performance. My call recipients hear very little background noise from my vehicle, including music. In addition, the unit can be brought indoors and used as a speaker phone if needed.
I would recommend it to anyone exploring Bluetooth options for their car. Was this review helpful?
