    Got the battery in the time advertised. It was simple and easy to replace the old battery. Just slide out, unhook the two connectors, hook them up on the new battery and slide it in. Takes 5 minutes.

    The UPS on the computer my wife uses stopped working and I was searching the net for a new UPS. I saw this replacement on Buy.com and decided to try it. I received the battery (free shipping!) in just a couple of days and the installation was a snap. I charged the battery overnight and everything is working great.

    I had problems with my TRIPP UPS. I thought I would have to buy a whole new unit, but this replacement battery made it 100% brand new again. Buy.com shipped it free, and although it was supposed to take 7-9 days, it arrived in only 3 days. Now that's service! The price was the best the internet had to offer. My order went as promised. I am absolutely thrilled with the product, and with Buy.com's service. I would definitely place future orders with is company.
