Product arrived very quickly, in new condition, the only [2] negative points I can see, is when you mount the unit vertically the plugs have a tendency work loose, so you must check them from time to time and the cable connectors are a bit too close. Otherwise the unit functions as stated. I have other Tripp Lite Surge Protectors and they are the ONLY ones I will use, on my equipment!! I would purchase this product again, and from Buy.com....
