5 of 5 Very easy to use Monday, March 03, 2008 A Customer from Mankato, MN
It is automatically recognized by Vista and Ubuntu 7.10 Linux; the included CD was not needed. Works great on my laptop.
No issues so far.

5 of 5 Works with Vista! Wednesday, January 16, 2008 A Customer from Los Angeles, Ca
I bought this to read two different branded fta receivers, and it works perfectly with Vista. Just make sure to select the com port that Vista allocates before loading a receiver. The installation cd was all I needed, why is everyone saying that they had to get drivers online? Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Easy, need to download driver. Wednesday, September 12, 2007 A Customer from Alameda, CA
Nice gear. Used on Dell w/dead RS232 to confirm fault. Works fine, need web access to get driver. Was this review helpful?
4 of 5 Works as advertised Friday, August 24, 2007 A Customer from Woodcliff Lake, NJ
TRENDnet TU-S9 USB-to-serial converter works as advertised. I use it to upload GPS databases to a Honeywell Bendix-King KLN-94 GPS. Windows recognized new hardware as soon as the cable was plugged in. Had to download the Windows driver from www.trendnet.com. Quick and painless.
By the way, this was done on a MacBook with Windows XP running in Parallels Desktop (the Honeywell upload software only works on Windows). Was this review helpful?
