Purchased a total of 4 of these adapters (not all from Buy.com). 3 of them needed to be returned to Trendnet under RMAs. They were simply dead out of box. Trendnet support is no picnic to work with. If you get someone that just wants to take your phone number and have a tech call you back just hang up because no one will call back. I am sorry that I did not investigate this device better before purchasing so many. The 1st of the RMA devices is on its way back to me so I haven't had a chance to try that one yet. The one device that did work out of the box installed like expected and works OK. With 75% of purchased product being trouble bad brand new, STAY AWAY from the TU2-ETG.
