Simply put, I have never gotten anything unexpected nor below par from TrendNet. I have 8way KVM, 4way KVM, 8port ethernet switch. The are all fine. On this, the ethernet switch, the unit is attractive with nice bright led's and it does the job. The AC adapter is awesome and takes up only as much space as a two prong power plug. This a nice 1Gb switch for a great price. Unpacked it plugged it in, got 1 gigabit network - as simple as that. I was afraid that it was going to be noisy, but there is no fan inside - so it is silent. I recommend this product. Was this review helpful?

Very easy to setup and use. Unpack it, plug it in, connect up your network cables and your running. No problems recognizing 10MB, 100MB and 1GB network cards. I've had this for about a month and half and it's working great.

Replaced a 10/100 hub with this Gigabit Ethernet Switch. Pulled the plugs from the hub, plugged into this and powered it up - everything worked immediately. Quite pleased - I think this was a good value. Was this review helpful?
