Product not ready for market. Instruction manual is inaccurate. Drivers are unreliable on a Windows XP machine. Company claims 24/7 support - it does not have such support. It has 24/7 answering service which simply passes issues on. After multiple calls with support I got the product to work for a grand total of 4 hours. After which the drivers failed again. Please stay away from this product

I was very excited to get this setup and working. Was able to install the device with no problems. It works well also. The sound quality is good. There are a few things I don't like about it. If I were to have known these things I would have purchased something different.<p> <p> - Windows will set the phone as the default "sound out" device when you connect it. You need to change the setting each time.<br> - The LCD display does not show the full names. You need the keep the names short<br> - The phones response time to button presses is slow<br> - The phone is slow to turn on from sleep mode. I have missed many calls because of it<br> <p> I think the idea is great. They just need to make the phone work faster and be more responsive. Sound quality is very good.
