I did a lot of research into laptops to find the one I wanted. I had a six-year-old high-end Toshiba laptop with a high-res screen that I was happy with, so I thought I'd buy the new version and hope it'll last as long. This is one of only a few you can buy with this size screen - 1920x1200. I ordered it about 4 months before it came out. When I finally got it, I was not disappointed. Performance, graphics, and sound are all awesome. I do a lot of multimedia management, plus I'm a software engineer so I use it for work. When you bring this thing into a meeting, and you open it up and it lights up the room with about 20 blue LEDs, people are impressed. The only problems I've had have nothing to do with the laptop itself - they were because of Vista. Highly recommended. Was this review helpful?
