| | | The Cinema Series 62HM95 HDTV combines a wealth of technology for a truly integrated experience. This DLP projection television is fully Digital Cable Ready. You can receive digital cable stations without a cable box by contacting your cable provider, ordering a CableCARD, and then inserting the card into the CableCARD slot on your television. CableCARDs can be easily changed, allowing this television to be used with virtually any cable company. Also featured is TV Guide On Screen. It combines programming from each of the television's internal tuners (ATSC & QAM) into one, easy-to-read on-screen program guide. TV Guide On Screen makes it quick and easy for you to locate desired programs, and is a crucial feature for ease of use with digital cable. Simple, one-touch recording of programs, including those in HDTV, is also possible when connected to Toshiba's new SYMBIO A/V Hard Drive Recorder (sold separately -- see Accessories). The TheaterNet Control System simplifies the control of external components through both IEEE1394 ports and IR jacks. These same IEEE1394 ports are used to transmit digital video and audio and allow for recording of HDTV. Easy-to-read icon menus and on-screen graphic prompts make this a real user-friendly feature. The 62HM94 also integrates an OmniViewer Memory Card Slot (reads SD, SM, MS, CD and MM) so you can pop in your digital camera's memory card and enjoy a slideshow from your latest adventures right there on your Cinema Series HDTV DLP projection television.
