Gameplay much improved, AI isn't stupid and actually is slightly variable, patterns more random, but still a pattern. ( Kill at leaset so many guys then you ccan move on) Grafix updated but still VEGAS. Maps much more detailed and complex. +++ OK the bugs... Fixed is the joining games issue.. Can get in a game from your 360 dashboard-no problem. No more searching the entire map for that last 1 guy either. (THus far) UNFIXED BUGS= Audio BUg- hearing a gun non stop firing even when absolutley nothing is going on :-( NEW BUG=Not beeing allowed to re-spawn when you have 1 lifeleft ?? But the bigest BUG is just randomly getting kicked out ?!?!?! These bugs are not often enough to prevent me from reccomending the game, just not giving it a 5 overall. If you loved the first one... This game is so much fun. Developers are finally getting online coop games right, and RSV2 is a great extension of the RSV series. Gameplay and controls are great, and the PEC updates are fun. I have as much fun leveling up faster than my buddy as I do playing through the campaign and T-hunt missions! Was this review helpful?

Vegas 2 is a fun game. The multiplayer features are a lot better. The added run feature is awesome! I don't like the campaign as much as the first. It is supposed to be Vegas, but it feels like any other urban setting. The graphics are pretty much the same as the first. The sound is good. And as always, the game play is great. There are a lot more character mods available, which is cool. It is fun to level up your character while playing campaign or terrorist hunt. It is a very solid shooter, but don't expect it to be better than the first Vegas. Was this review helpful?

For those expecting a total revamp of Rainbow 6 Vegas this is not the game for you. For those that wanted to see the bugs from the first Vegas fixed this is the game for you!! Just the addition of sprinting changes teh gameplay enough. overall gameplay is great and the single player is worth it. coop terrorist hunt is also great once you get past the random spawning. To be honest for most people if you played Rainbow Six Vegas 1 and liked it, there is no shadow of a doubt that RSV2 will be that much of an experience difference. The game still uses theUnreal engine and the graphics seem a little more crisp than the last. With it's tight controls and fluid gameplay RSV2 is a must have. The controls from the last game haven't been changed too much except for the ability to sprint by holding down the LB. Also the ability to target enemies in the coop and t hunt modes can be done as well with a tap of the LB. This time the game features 2 player coop campaign which is really fun except that the game seems much shorter than the last one. As usual this game really shines with its 16 player online multiplayer. Several modes have are back with a few new ones that are quite fun. The old ranking system has been thrown out and a new one has taken it place which makes the game a lot more easy to level up. Again if you liked the first RSV then RSV2 is a must have.
