This book teaches practical and super easy ways to regain your self respect as a person, especially if your arguing with your two year old like I was. It taught me how to look at her mistakes as learning experiences and helped me to help her to own the problem. I don't get frustrated now, I give her choices and let her solve it, within reason of course. Because she is allowed some of the power, she doesn't fight for it as much. I am much more confident that she will make good choices whether or not Im there in the future because she's learning how to think on her own.

This book has concrete methods for handling the real experiences parents deal with to discipline young children on a day to day basis. A must have - it is my parenting "bible".
