 Plot Summary
 Clint Eastwood stars in this psychological thriller about a divorced New Orleans homicide detective whose use of handcuffs extends beyond the line of duty. Wes Block is a good father to his two young daughters, but since his wife left him he has turned to prostitutes with whom he indulges his growing taste for S&M and other kinky sexual practices. When he is assigned to a case involving the brutal slayings of a series of prostitutes and sex workers in New Orleans' red light district, Wes finds his personal and professional life merging in an increasingly disturbing manner.
