I am using this phone since last a month now and I didn't face any issue yet. Sound, clearity, and price are good as well as the connectivity betwn the base and the handset. Only issue is most of the time I don't get the caller ID # on my handset which is weird. Instead of the caller's number, I am seeing 000-000-000 or 666-000-000 ...etc. However, it's a good fone.
