When faced with the decision on whether or not to vaccinate, this book is a must read. You can't just read it, though, you need to own the book to help you in the decision making process each time you are faced with it over the lifetime of your child. It lists the ingredients in each manufacturer's vaccine and the effects of these ingredients so that you can determine what is right for your family. It lists reasons why other families may have chosen to skip a certain vaccine as well as medical reasons why not to. There is also a section which looks at an alternate schedule to avoid an overload in your child's system.
