In this novel, now in paperback, Richie dishes up the story of her rags-to-riches adoption, a childhood of partying with older movie stars, drug use and rehab, and then tells all about her A-list inner circle, albeit with names changed.

Annotation:
Nicole Richie, daughter of rock star Lionel Richie and erstwhile co-star of reality show THE SIMPLE LIFE, revenges herself on her former co-star and former best friend, wealthy partygirl/model/actress Paris Hilton, with this roman à clef. Adopted by a pop star and his wife, Chloe leads a pampered, out-of-control life, clubbing and doing drugs. Then a modeling opportunity leads to sudden stardom...and a shocking betrayal.
