I really like the Firm videos and think they are great workouts for home. I purchased this set to add to my collection of Firm dvds. I like this set because only weights are needed. You do not need the fanny lifter or sculpting bars like in earlier videos. However, the cardio weights that come with this are very light- 1 & 3 pound sets. This is great for beginners but may not be enough weight for advanced. I use 5 & 8 lb dumbells that I already owned and they work great & I get an awesome workout.
