I bought this book after reading the reviews on it and they were all right. The content of this book is simple, direct, and appeals to anyones common sense. It helped me to stop drinking when nothing else has even come close (I tried willpower, AA twice, etc.). I recommend this book to anyone who sees that alcohol is causing major problems but I'll tell you this; prepare for a much better life because your life will transform after you are sober and it really truly is easy. There are no tricks or gimmicks - just the power of the truth. Happy reading and go for it because you deserve it.
