Glenn Dunn's book on Personal Training has helped me greatly and has given me immediate success in the health and fitness business. Even though I was involved in the Martial Arts business for over 15 years, and had knowledge in the physical and financial aspects of running a Karate program, I needed some hands on and practical help in the Fitness business. My certification course gave me GREAT info, and taught me LOADS about Personal Training. I'm extremely grateful to the ISSA team. After receiving my certification, I was then faced with the obvious task of launching my business. I had lots of ideas and input from my course training and from other fitness trainers, but putting it all together in a working model was not that easy. I happen to live in the same city with Glenn Dunn. I checked out his gym to see if it would be possible to train clients at his facility. Glenn had just finished "The Dunn Deal" I bought a copy and read it in one night. I found so many answers to questions that I hadn't found anywhere else. I was elated. I was encouraged. I suddenly had an increase in confidence that I could make it in this business. Glenn's approach is "hands on" training with the client. He explains that each client is an individual, with different physical and financial needs. His motto is "Efficient and Effective". His style of pricing makes Personal Training affordable for almost any budget, while making it VERY profitable for the trainer as well as the club owner. This way, everybody wins; the client, the club, and the trainer. Glenn's method makes it easy to sell and perform Personal Training. I'm new to the business but I'm hitting the goals I've set for myself for this year, and will probably exceed them. I can say with certainty, Glenn's book has had a MAJOR PART in making this happen. If you are serious about the business of Personal Training, I highly recommend this book.
