This book for the most part was an easy read. Great pictures and metaphors to help with usually complicated biology. If everyone would read this book, they would take back control of their bodies, minds, and spirits, instead of giving control over to doctors, peers, relatives, TVs, etc. The incredible power we have within our own self is amazing.
