I loved this book. It allows you to capture how you feel throughout your pregnancy and to see the changes. Once the baby arrives it is harder to find time to journal and track things...so this was a nice way to track a lot of stuff - that way you dont feel as bad about not writing enough when the babu is here. I also used it as a journal to my baby! I wrote everything to him...so he can read it all when he gets older!
