5 of 5 A Must Have Baking Book! Tuesday, September 30, 2008

I am a cookbook junkie. I buy way too many cookbooks and have an extremely difficult time passing up baking books in particular. This one however is going to be a constant companion in my kitchen. I'm a big fan of America's Test Kitchen and Cooks Illustrated (the people who wrote these recipes) and this book contains several of my very favorite baking recipes ever. Try the blueberry scones or the chocolate bundt cake. Those recipes alone are worth the price of this book. There are so may amazing recipes here...you won't be disappointed. Another plus for this book is all the color pictures and color step-by-step photos. I love my other Cooks Illustrated books, but not having color sometimes is a turn off. This book is a beauty!
