What can I say, we LOVE Tin Tin so we love this set. The books are smaller than the single editions so the type and comics are more compressed but that is a minor complaint. Finally we own them all and don't have to keep raiding the public library each visit. Nice box set. Was this review helpful?

Translated from the original French years ago, this English version of the TinTin series is an wonderful set of "comics" that will be read, re-read and treasured by preteens on up, and passed on to their kids. The illustrations are exceptionally well done and the storylines will capture and retain the young readers' interest. This is an outstanding giftset made available by Buy.com at a very good price. Moreover, the high quality of the book covers and paper is another plus. Each book contains several stories. Kids can read and share the individual volumes so "breaking up" the set to make several gifts is a great idea. Was this review helpful?
