This book was referred to me in Photoshop class I took with my camera club. The instructor said Scott's books are well organized and make a good reference. I also read some reviews of this book and they were all positive, so I gave it a try and I am not disappointed. The book is an excellent reference and sits right next to me whenever I use Photoshop. Before buying the book I considered myself a novice Photoshop user. This book has helped me reach the next level. It is well laid out, has excellent color graphics and you can either read it as a text book or simply use it as a reference. Either way, I would highly recommend it. Was this review helpful?

Scott Kelby has hit another home-run with his new book about CS-4! As with all of Scott’s works the wit and humor make it an easy read and the content does not dance around the functions. I have always liked Scott’s straight, do this then do that style! I can scan one of his books and not get bored with the theory of a function. He gets right to the point with minimum words! Each function that he details is a no BS, step by step, how to explanation. Straight to the point, and very easy to use. Was this review helpful?
