I purchased this to power my Archos 604 when using the helmet camera so that it would last longer for recording. It does this, except that the connector into the battery and on the end of the cord aren't the best for use in this environment. Both ends have the tendency to become disconnected when subject to a lot of movement. On a desktop it would work just fine as advertised. Otherwise it's a simple product and works well and the battery life for this application seems to be very good. Easy to use, easy to charge.
