I purchased this model at a trade show a few years ago for about $50-70 (can't remember exactly how much). Within the first few months, the ear piece that sticks out and goes into your ear broke off! I sent it back and they sent me a replacement (don't know if it was fixed or a new one) - at least I didn't have any trouble with their cust. serv. Then a year or so later, the ear loop broke! I didn't bother sending it back, mainly because I could still use the device w/o the ear loop, and because I figured if it's broken twice now, it's not worth the effort since it'll probably break again.
Also, while reception is pretty good, it often takes a couple seconds for it to hook up when dialing or receiving a call - a little unnerving. Not sure if this is standard for bluetooth headsets or not. I only had one other before and I can't remember if it used to do that.
I wouldn't recommend buying this item. Was this review helpful?

I have owned this device for about 3 weeks. It has come apart at the seam and is difficult to operate. Sometimes it will turn itself off while other times it will be on when it is plugged in to be charged. Whats up? I am not very satisfied although it has good sound. Does not have noise reduction capabilities. Was this review helpful?

This is a great deal for the price! The control button IS a little too sensitive (I was aware of that from reading reviews before buying it) but once you get used to that, it's pretty much a perfect Bluetooth device. Was this review helpful?

I would spend the extra money and get a better one. I can't hear the other person when i have the ear piece on and the people on the other side can't under stand me they say it sounds like i'm in a bathroom. I would not recommend this to anyone. Was this review helpful?

My first bluetooth after looking and researching for a long time. Overall, I am very impressed with this headset. Performance is good. Easily links up with my Mot Razer. Family members stated I sounded better through the bluetooth than direct through the phone.
Range is a little better than 30 feet which is good. Outdoors, there was a little wind noise but not as bad as I anticipated. I feel for what I paid that Tekkeon is good quality. Overall, I would not hesitate to purchase again. Also, Buy.com got it to me (free shipping) in one day!!!! Was this review helpful?
