4 of 5 Great for church service Wednesday, September 16, 2009
Jim from Eugene, OR

I purchased this unit in June 2008. The unit works fine for recording church services as long as it is set for manual recording. Using the "auto" setting results in too many chapters being created (anytime there is a audio pause of more than a few seconds a new chapter is created) --- Also, you MUST use "music" cd's in order to record. I tried using a Sony CD-R to record with no success so switched to the music cd's. BTW, after the music cd is "finalized" you may then burn the cd to a standard cd on your PC. I make 4 to 5 copies each Sunday on a CD-R burner with my PC.

5 of 5 great for transfering LPs, Tapes and 45s Monday, October 27, 2008
A Customer from Pittsburgh PA
Very happy with this unit, very easy to use, great results, I don't want to screw around with computers and memory and interfaces that take hours to learn, I plug this into my reciever, cue up a record, press record and go. It's fun to re-discover albums that aren't on CD. The only issue I've had (and I've only done 3 CDs) is that they don't seem to play on really ancient (20 years old) CD players. Everything else is AOK!
