5 of 5 Targus Wireless Multimedia kb/mouse set Monday, May 25, 2009

I was looking to untether my kb and mouse. I previously bought a Microsoft top of the line laptop Mobile Memory Mouse 8000. But it was too small and ran out of battery often, if I did not turn it off after every use. I then saw the Targus KB/Mouse combo in Buy.com and took a gamble with this set. I really like the combo... have been using it for 2 weeks without any issue. The USB wireless module is un-intrusively small and offers an amazing range. I can use the KB more than 10ft away from the PC. I even tried it in the next room, without line of sight (not that I would use it that way, but it shows the amazing range it provides). It does not interfere with my wireless router either. The mouse is similarly effective and is of regular size which fits my hand nicely. Both the KB and mouse each requires 2xAAA batteries. So far the batteries are still in good condition, not running out of power yet. I am very happy with this set and would recommend this highly.
