I am completely satisfied with this product so far. I've had it for about 3 weeks and it makes using the Apple Macbook Pro, on your lap, much more comfortable. The fans are extremely quiet, and they are positioned where they need to be in order to have the cooling effect they claim. There are some reviews that claim that the computer slides off the Chill Mat, but I found that if you place the soft side of a strip of velcro on the bottom the computer and the 'sticky' side on the Chill Mat, it easily takes care of that problem.
