He's up, he's down, he rolls around and he giggles endlessly. Tickle Me Elmo has never giggled and moved around so much. Elmo's impressive automatic stand up action keeps you going while he continues to giggle and say, "I got tickled." You can't help but laugh right along with him.
He has three modes of giggle action - Press his foot or belly and hear him say, "You tickled Elmo." Watch him go from standing to sitting. Then, he falls back, sits and stands straight up again - the whole time giggling away and flapping his right arm. Touch his belly again, and he sits and rolls from one side to the other. He ends up on his back, kicking his legs, flapping his arms and giggling with the words, "You did it again." Another press of his belly and he does it all! He sits, rolls from side to side, then onto his back and finally ends up on his belly. He continues to laugh as he pounds the floor with his hand.
Elmo has a few more phrases: "Again, again," and "Give Elmo a break, please," and "I can't stop laughing!" Watch out, you may giggle uncontrollably with Elmo. Requires 6 "AA" batteries, included. Measures 15".

Pros: It is pretty darn funny. It took my daughter a bit to get used to it. In fact, she still tries to hold Elmo as he's going about his antics.
Cons: He has been shedding a bit. Not sure if it will stop, but it has seemed to decrease a bit. He also has noisy motors. You can definitely hear the motors whirring loudly as he moves about. Last, his tickle spots are much more of a button mash than a tickle than you'd like to see. I dread the first time my daughter tries to tickle a playmate...might leave a bruise...
Overall, a good toy and would buy again.

Awesome for something to make you smile and laugh after a trying time. Fur comes off kind of easy so take a lint brush to it first or you'll have red hair everywhere. So easy to use and setup, hours of enjoyment Was this review helpful?

Definitely some amazing engineering. This thing is great. My nieces absolutely love it and we adults can't help but laugh. A very fun toy and I have to say works a lot better than the older models. Extremely soft fur and works very easily. Was this review helpful?
