I've only used this kettle for a couple of weeks, but so far it seems great. Water heats up fast and kettle turns itself off. You can set a dial on the kettle for how hot you want the water to get. It is a plastic product but it feels and acts like a premium quality product. Buy.com had the best price and shipped it to me in 3 days.
