If you don't get it when there's a rebate it's pricey. You have to renew your subscription every year. This product takes a person with a degree in computer science in order to get full use use. The best part of this product is that it comes with NORTON SYSTEM WORKS BASIC. It seems faster then it's predecessor.
When you finally get it set up it'll tell you if an installed program is trying to make an unauthorized outbound connection. I don't like anything going out that I don't know about.
Besides getting the Systems Works Basic, it can be intalled on three of your home computers. The customer service has been has been out serviced and you end up talking to somebody in INDIA. If there was a product as good made in the USA, with customer service in the USA, I'd buy AMERICAN but alas there isn't. It is the only product that you need to fully protect you computer.
