Had my Sylvania dual recorder for almost 2 months now, and I LOVE it! So easy to set up, I didn't even look at the manual. Dubbing from VHS to DVD is literally pushing one button. Takes up half the space of my older equipment. Haven't recorded from TV yet (nothing good on!) so I'll reserve judgement on that feature. The VCR even plays tapes that wouldn't work in my other VCR. I did a lot of research online and at various electronics retailers for a dual recorder w/tuner before making this purchse, and for my money, this is a quality product at a great price.
