4 of 5 Nice frame Tuesday, January 12, 2010 A Customer from Detroit, MI
This is a nice digital frame if you get it on sale or fairly cheap. The quality of the frame is nice but the OS installed on it is not the greatest. It worked with most of the picks and SD cards I've tried but it seems to take a long time to enumerate the pics when there are too many. Other than that, it looks good, not great, and is an acceptable frame for under $50. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Great So Far Monday, December 29, 2008 BK from KC
Bought this as a Christmas gift and as with all of my electronic purchases, I ran it for two weeks straight before presenting as a gift. I loaded up some pics on a USB flash drive as well as SD and memory stick for a test of all formats. Just press 'photo' and the pics loop endlessly. Press movie on the remote and it will automatically find the MPEG's and loop as well. I found this to be a great gift for an electronically challenged relative. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Great Value for Price Saturday, December 27, 2008 Tammy from Hazleton, PA
I got a few of these as gifts for the holidays. I was able to use it without even reading the instructions. Interface is self explanatory. Loaded an SD card with pics and away it went. Was this review helpful?

I am very pleased with this frame! Its easy to use, attractive and about HALF price of the same type of items at the local department stores - including Wally world!!

We bought this product as a gift for parents who are technically challenged. Before giving it to them, I installed some photos. It was not hard, but not easy either to follow the directions. If I had not installed the photos, I know they would not have been able to do it. I was surprised to find that it only holds 15 pictures in the frame memory, but you could have more pictures if you purchase a separate memory card to use. The quality of the pictures is less than great, but for the price paid it was acceptable. The frame itself was okay, plastic, but not awful looking. I couldn't get the music feature to work, but then it wasn't a feature I thought the recipient would use.
Overall, for the price ($40), this frame is fine for a first time purchase. If you want a more user friendly, classier frame with more features, you will have to look elsewhere and pay more for your needs. Was this review helpful?
4 of 5 It's nice, but not for a novice Saturday, December 20, 2008 Mike from Aurora, Colorado
It is great for the price and once you have everything loaded to it, works great. It says it on the site but not very clearly in the included manual that to load images you have to do it from a memory card, not direct from a PC. Was this review helpful?
4 of 5 Good quality photo frame Thursday, December 18, 2008 A Customer from Royersford, PA
Good quality frame with decent resolution. Very easy to use. I use picasa to crop all photos for full-screen 16:9 display. Was this review helpful?

3 of 5 Too expensive for the quality Tuesday, December 09, 2008 CE from Katy, TX
This is our first digital frame. It looks very nice and it is very easy to use. The user interface is simple enough, however the navigation with the back buttons is not very fluid because the buttons are not of a good quality. Controlling with the remote is much better.
The most disappointing part is the quality of the image. It was expected that with a resolution of 480x234 pixels the 7" size image would not look crisp on the screen, however the photos and menus appear as if they were out of focus.
The colors are vivid.
Looking at the photos from a certain distance makes the frame acceptable. For $40 it was a good purchase. If I would have payed the regular price I would have returned it and waited for the technology to improve and get less expensive. Was this review helpful?
4 of 5 decent buy Saturday, December 06, 2008 A Customer from dallas, pa
just got this as a gift and tested it out. wasnt expecting much, but overall its a fairly decent product for 40 smackers. has a remote that works well and can use usb devices. using the usb was a snap all i had to do was plug it in. changing settings was easy as pie too, but the resolution is only mediocre. however, looks basic and nice sitting on a desk and still gives enough quality to see who is who in the photo. would i recommend it? most likely.
