It was five dollars cheaper at Walgreens and it would have been a lot more convenient as I had to wait quite a while to get it.

Good for ages 8+; Shadows & lighting can affect reading screen. More difficult than paper/pencil-can't leave marks in the corner of possibilities like on paper. Great for travel, beach, or waiting for appts. Fun.

I bought it for my dad, he loves it and his old eyes don't have any trouble seeing the display. He takes it everywhere he goes!

This is a difficult game to use because of the poor screen quality. It needs to be backlit or something. It is very difficult to read. I would have returned this game, but it was too much of a hassle.

10years+ .. it's great that it has a beginner level w/aids as well as a more advanced level that doesn't have any hints to help you

If you like Sudoku, this easy electonic version allows you to take it anywhere. My fiance got it as a stocking stuffer and has a hard time putting it down over a month later.

This game gets lots of play time with the whole family, kids and adults. We even bought one for Grandpa. It challenges the math and logic part of the brain. One thing that could improve it is a backlight so the numbers are easier to read. We all love this game.

this item is excellent..i use it everywhere..anytime i am waiting ..like in lines or at the doctor's office..waiting for my wife to get done grocery shopping...i used to buy the suduko books..this is a lot more convenient..

Screen is boring and difficult to see. Have not used it past the first try. Went back to using Sudoku books

The display is difficult to read. It either needs backlighting or an anti-reflective coating on the screen. In order to see the numbers you are required to turn the display to reflect a strong light source, but then the reflection of the light keeps you from seeing the number at the center of the reflection. A great amount of eyestrain results and now the game goes unused. The game itself is OK as far as playing. I prefer puzzles which do not end up with arbitrary endings (i.e. there are two or more possible solutions at the end) but this is at least covered in the documentation. You must arrive at the same solution the game has to win even if a legal solution is displayed.

Recently got hooked on Sudoku -- first the puzzle books, then a web version. Bought this little handheld to take along when I travel, play while waiting, etc. My only complaint is that the screen contrast is not great, so numbers are a little hard to see.

Too dark, can't see the numbers nor the lines. It's needs to be updated, electronics are not made like this anymore. You don't see any black and white TV's or computers anymore, do you? It is horrible! Very unhappy with the product.

Loved this product, the only thing that would make it better would be a light in it, so the kids can play while riding in the vehicles. Everyone in the family loves it!

I got this game for my husband for Christmas and he LOVES it. He says the resolution on the screen is clear and the stylus is easy to hold and use. He prefers the touch screen than the pencil and paper versions of Sudoku. Would highly recommend for any Sudoku fan!

My wife and daughter are both hooked on sudoku. I got this hand-held game for my wife for Christmas. Wife and daughter both use it...a lot! Great electronic version of the game.

The screen is very difficult to read making the game hard to play. It would be so much better with improved contrast. The game I have downloaded to my PDA is much better than this and I would use that over this handheld game.

The game is great for a Sudoku player on the go. It's portable and no pens or pencils are needed. The screen could be a little larger and darker, and if you make a mistake, it's not always easy to find. Overall, though, I'd recommend this game for other Sudoku addicts.

The screen is painful on the eyes; the numbers are made up of those little bars like on alarm clocks. The thing functions pretty well but the person I gave it to uses it to get puzzles, then writes them down on paper to solve. Would not recommend for its intended purpose.

The numbers and grids are hardly visible. there should be back lighting. I bought this to surprise my wife and she has never used it.

The game is fun. Actually just as addictive as any Sudoku, but more convenient. I bought this for my mom who is a major Sudoku nut, but ended up playing with it myself and will need to buy a second! But the backlighting is HORRIBLE!!! You need to be in direct sunlight in order to read the numbers. And if your far-sighted.. forget it. The numbers are very small.

I like the game and the features, but the face is dark and unless you're playing in a brightly lit area, it is very hard to see the numbers. It would play better if there was a dial to brighten the screen which there isn't. Other than that, it is very user friendly!

The idea of this handheld is great and the puzzles are fairly challenging, but it is VERY difficult to see the grids or numbers. I changed the batteries hoping that would fix the problem but it made no difference. I would not reccomend this particular product.

I bought this game for my sister for Christmas. When she opened it, some of the numbers would not light up like they were supposed to. I was very displeased. I would not recommend buying items from your company to anyone.
